Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation, return, refund, and rescheduling rules that apply to purchases, bookings, course registrations, and product orders made through Evas Educations Sdn Bhd.
1. General
We offer different types of products and services, including physical products, digital or intangible products, consultations and private services, workshops, courses, and academy programmes. Because the nature of these offerings differs, refund eligibility also differs.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
For physical product orders, cancellation requests may be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped. To request cancellation, please email evaseducations@gmail.com. We recommend submitting the request as soon as possible and ideally within 12 hours of placing the order.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated. Once an order has been shipped, the return rules below will apply instead.
3. Physical Product Returns and Refunds
Physical products purchased directly from Evas Educations may be eligible for return only in limited situations, such as where the wrong item was delivered, the item was materially damaged during delivery, required items are missing from the package, or the delivered item materially differs from the confirmed order.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, used items, altered or tampered items, or products not purchased directly from our official website.
4. Return Conditions for Physical Products
To be eligible for a return:
- the return request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item
- you must provide proof of purchase
- the item must be returned in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible
- any free gifts or bundled contents received with the order must also be returned
- the product must be packed appropriately for return delivery
5. Refunds for Physical Products
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies under this policy. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Estimated refund timing:
- Online bank transfer refunds: usually within 3 to 5 working days after approval
- Card refunds: subject to the processing timeline of the issuing bank or payment provider
6. Digital or Intangible Products
Digital, downloadable, or intangible products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or the digital content has been made available.
Refunds for digital or intangible items may only be considered if the item was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side and we are unable to provide the purchased item within a reasonable period.
7. Consultations, Appointments, and Private Services
For booked consultations, styling sessions, private appointments, or similar services, cancellations requested sufficiently in advance may be converted into a reschedule, credit, or refund at our discretion. Last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may be non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to our own scheduling issue or operational constraints, we may offer a rescheduled appointment, credit, or refund where appropriate.
8. Courses, Workshops, and Academy Programmes
For course registrations, workshops, or academy-related training, deposits or registration fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Confirmed places may involve planning, material preparation, limited seat allocation, trainer scheduling, and venue cost commitments.
Refunds may be considered if Evas Educations cancels the programme and cannot offer a suitable replacement date or alternative arrangement, a duplicate payment was made in error, or a clear billing or administrative error occurred.
Refunds are generally not available if the participant changes their mind after confirmation, does not attend, withdraws late, the programme has started, or course materials or programme resources have already been made available.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by law or expressly approved by us, the following are generally non-refundable:
- change of mind purchases
- used physical products
- digital products once delivered or accessed
- missed bookings or no-shows
- late cancellations of scheduled services
- late withdrawals from training, courses, or workshops
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been a payment error, please contact us first at evaseducations@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
11. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a return, refund, cancellation, or reschedule, please email evaseducations@gmail.com and include your full name, order or invoice number, contact details, the reason for the request, and any supporting photos or documents where relevant.
12. Our Right to Review
All refund, return, and cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Evas Educations. We reserve the right to reject requests that are incomplete, unreasonable, abusive, fraudulent, outside the stated time period, or inconsistent with this policy.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect from the date of publication.
