Actual presentation, packaging, colours, schedules, or content may vary slightly from what appears on screen, depending on updates, supplier variations, device displays, or training delivery requirements.

4. Orders and Bookings

When you place an order, book a service, or register for a course, you agree that all information submitted is true and accurate, you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and your order, booking, or registration is subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order, booking, or registration at our discretion, including where payment is not successfully authorised, information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, stock is unavailable, a course or session is fully booked, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there is an error in pricing, availability, or content.

All prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment may be made through the payment methods made available on our website, including online banking, FPX, card, e-wallet, or other approved payment methods.

All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the relevant payment provider or card issuer. If a payment is declined or not authorised, we will not be liable for any resulting delay, non-delivery, or unsuccessful booking.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For physical products, we will ship to the billing or delivery address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate, the phone number provided is reachable, and the recipient is available to receive the parcel if required.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses unless specifically stated otherwise. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or recipient unavailability, any re-delivery charges may be borne by the customer.

7. Digital Products and Intangible Items

If you purchase any digital, downloadable, or intangible product, access may be provided by email, account delivery, download link, or another delivery method determined by us.

Unless otherwise stated, digital or intangible products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or the content has been made available.

For booked services such as consultations, styling sessions, workshops, or private appointments, your booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit requirements are fulfilled, if applicable. You must arrive or attend on time. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse a session where a participant behaves in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

9. Courses, Training, and Learning Programmes

For academy, coaching, workshops, courses, and certification-related programmes, programme content, duration, structure, dates, and trainers may be updated where necessary. Attendance, participation, and completion standards may apply. Certificates, completion status, or training outcomes may be subject to internal requirements or assessment criteria.

Completion of a programme with Evas Educations does not automatically entitle a participant to claim any third-party accreditation, membership, or certification unless specifically awarded by the relevant external body.

10. Appeals, Complaints, and Conduct

We maintain internal policies relating to appeals, complaints, equality and diversity, health and safety, and data protection. Participants, customers, and users are expected to behave respectfully, avoid discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive conduct, and comply with any safety instructions or programme requirements.
